Activities and Organization Fair: September 3, 2009, 12:30-2pm, Union Ballroom.
For those Organizations registered for the Fair, please arrive by 11:45am on Thursday, September 3, 2009 to the Ballroom to set up your spot by 12:15pm; fair closes at 2pm, please ensure we leave the area clean.
Performing Arts Night: Thursday, September 3, 2009; 9-10:30pm, Union Theater
–Thus far, the following Performing Arts Groups have registered: Jazz/Pep Band, Singers, Step Team, Masque; if others are interested, please contact me.
Labor Day Holiday: Monday, September 7, 2009
Leadership Summit: Wednesday, September 9, 2009: 5-8pm, Union Building
–Please note, this is a new Leadership event which takes the place of the Leadership Development Day. For the Summit, we are requesting that each student organization president attend this program to ensure they and their organization have the information, skills, and connections to have a successful year.
